Dualvalcost Solution provides enterprise-grade IT services, including custom software engineering, web development, advanced SEO strategy, and continuous technical maintenance. Every deliverable is executed with 15 years of technical maturity and discipline.
Upon settlement of all verified invoices, the client acquires ownership of the specific digital products created. Dualvalcost Solution retains ownership of underlying proprietary libraries, frameworks, and pre-existing methodologies used to develop the final product.
Successful delivery requires timely access to accurate data, brand assets, and credentials. Delays in providing critical project materials may result in the rescheduling of established milestones and production timelines.
Invoicing is mapped to the milestones defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Standard payment terms are 14 days from the invoice date. All fiscal transactions are subject to Romanian VAT regulations (CIF: RO41269163).
While we prioritize 100% architectural integrity, Dualvalcost Solution shall not be liable for indirect damages or data loss resulting from third-party provider failures or external factors beyond our reasonable technical control.
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Romanian courts. Our commitment remains rooted in technical quality and uncompromising reliability.
